Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with pictures or video proof. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 working days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet (JazzCash / EasyPaisa).
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
